Independent house in the heart of the village of Girolles. Ponds and forests nearby. Tourist sites: 6 km Avallon, 10 km Vézelay, 15 km Morvan Park, Private park reserved for the cottage, pond, terrace area, garage. This vacation rental is, by its structure, a haven of guaranteed freshness, in case of a heat wave! The space The gîte is part of a set of remarkable old buildings, including the Town Hall's council room. It was renovated 5 years ago and the bathroom is new. Even in the middle of a heat wave, it will always remain very cool... From the courtyard where it is located, you cross the small road and by a small wooden bridge you access the park, part of which is reserved for you. You will have armchairs, a lounge chair, a table... and a sheltered area. You can walk to the top of the park with its truffle field, passing by the spring and its stone hut and rest there... The gîte is rated 3 stars. The gîte gives access to an unprotected body of water, we exclude children, except babies who do not yet walk. After some misadventures, we no longer accept animals. For wifi, it's not in the accommodation, but, on the other hand, as the 5g is excellent, with your phone, you can connect your computer. Guest access Car required. Do not confuse Girolles in the Loiret with ours in the Yonne. Other things to note We've had issues with animals and are sorry to no longer accept them.
