This cozy little apartment is located in Via dei Coronari (an elegant pedestrian street), only 150 meters away from Piazza Navona! The apt is on two levels. There are many restaurants, groceries and bars are in the area. The location is really the best you can wish for! The space This cozy little apartment is located in Via dei Coronari, only 150 meters away from Piazza Navona. The location is really amazing. You can't be more central than that! Via dei Coronari is an elegant pedestrian street of Rome characterized by many art galleries and antiquity stores. The apartment is located on the first floor (second American) (just about ten steps to climb). It’s very quiet, as it's facing a little pedestrian alley The apartment is on two levels. As you enter you will find a spacious living room, with a new, very comfortable, queen size sofa bed, a separate kitchenette and a small bathroom with shower, sink and WC (that has a water jet that can be used as a bidet). On the second level, you will find a very romantic bedroom with a queen size bed. PLEASE NOTE that the bedroom could be uncomfortable for tall people, as the height of the ceiling is just cm 182 to cm 220 cm (6 to 7 Ft) (One beam in the center of the bedroom is only 150 cm high). The central beam in the living room is only 184 cm high. Also, the shower cubicle is small and could not be very comfortable for very big people. The apartment has all the comforts: AC, Satellite Tv and Internet WiFi, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Hair dryer, Iron and iron board. In the living room there’s a small dining table with 4 chairs. Please note that there is only one AC (located in the living room) (and a fan in the mezzanine area). In the area you will find many restaurants, groceries stores and bars. The location is really the best you could wish for! Other things to note Please, take note of the check in / check out schedule: Check in can be done from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in is by appointment only. In order to accommodate your needs, a check-in time must be scheduled as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior the arrival). (for a last minute booking, a minimum of 3 hours notice is required) We will do our best to accommodate any request outside these parameters, but it will be subject to the availability of the person in charge of your check-in Check in past 9:00 pm is subject to 15 Euros late arrival fee.
