Private 1-bed annex in the beautiful Tamar Valley

Our apartment is good for couples and solo travellers. Attached to our house, this is a small but very comfortable and modern space, with private entrance and patio garden. We are situated in a village within the Tamar Valley which is on the border between Devon and Cornwall - close to both moorlands and coast. You have easy access to all areas of the Southwest, particularly the parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin, Plymouth and the town of Tavistock. It is a great area to explore or just to relax! The space Your private, self-contained space is in a small village within a peaceful, rural part of the Tamar Valley, a designated AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). You have a comfortable lounge and dining area with fast broadband and a TV with DVD. The well equipped kitchen has a full size gas oven with hob and grill, and a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is also a filter coffee machine available. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside cabinets. This leads to a large shower room. All bedding & towels are provided, including basic toiletries. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio and garden area which is fully enclosed. Patio table and chairs plus recliners chairs are available. A well behaved dog is welcome. Guest access Our accommodation consists of a combined lounge and kitchen area, a small but cosy bedroom and good sized bathroom with large walk-in shower. Guests also have sliding doors out to a small and private patio garden. Host usually available to meet and greet and to give access to accommodation, but independent/safe key access also available. Other things to note Please note that there are a few narrow roads leading to our village. A smaller car is advised if unfamiliar with rural lanes!!
