Hello, My name is Alexia, I offer you to peacefully occupy a room located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated detached house. This house is shared by myself, the owner-occupier, and potentially one or more guests. My philosophy: I want this house to be a place of sharing between passing guests and occupants and that everyone can find their own way (rest, relaxation, work...) and thus respect the rhythms and activities of each. The space House operation and amenities: Private area: The 14 m² bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 200 cm double bed with mattress, pillows, bedding, table and bedside lamp, 1 open wardrobe with hangers, 2 metal base cabinets with doors, desk, chair and desk lamp, rails and blackout curtains. It is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the garden. Electric heating. Lock with key. Non-smoking room. Common areas: They are located on the ground floor. We have the main entrance and hallway to get upstairs. The living room, dining room, kitchen, shower room, toilet, courtyard and garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook on site (electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator, sink) as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils. Part of the cupboards and refrigerator will be dedicated to you if necessary for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, cabinet, shower with large receiver, washing machine, drying racks and pins. The washing machine is at your disposal as well as laundry detergent if necessary. One terry towel per person will be provided as well as toilet paper. For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen and towels will be provided once a week. Free Wi-Fi. No smoking. Courtyard provided for this purpose ;-)
