House of O - (SM / BDSM Location)

The "House of O" is an SM / BDSM location for rent that is also suitable for parties. It can accommodate about 8 people (2 in a double bed / 2 bunk beds / 4 mattresses). A party is possible with approx. 35 people indoors and 15 more people in the covered outdoor area (in summer). You can book the House of O directly via our homepage or here. You will find SM rooms for an intense game, outdoor area for barbecue, access to the Rhine to swim, what else could you ask for :-) The space All rooms of the SM location are available to the guests. A detailed description of the rooms and current pictures can be found directly on the homepage of the House of O, which is easy to find on the Internet. The rooms are equipped with a variety of SM furniture included in the price. Other SM equipment: The professionals will certainly have their own tools and usually bring them with them. For the less experienced who do not want to spend hundreds of euros to get a taste of something, we also offer the "SM basic equipment" (for a small fee) on loan on the homepage. So if you do not have your own SM equipment such as hand and foot restraints, collar, gag, etc., you do not have to buy it for hundreds of euros, but can optionally book one or the other tool through us. For couples who just want to experiment a bit, this is a good alternative to not having to buy everything for a lot of money. Devices & Machines: The use of special equipment such as Sybian, Fi..machine, Venus 2000 or ErosTek ET-312 or other utensils from our equipment can also be booked as an additional option via the homepage. Other things to note In summer, our outdoor area is ideal for barbecues and if you want to cool off, you can do so by jumping into the Rhine. Only 50 meters across the street is the Rhine port. In this part of the harbor you can bathe and swim, a real treat on hot days. After swimming, heat up the grill?... no problem... If you bring meat / sausage and other stuff for grilling, we will provide everything else you need for a small fee. We have a charcoal grill or lava grill (gas) and accessories in the house, so that's not a problem. Since guests tend not to come to us for culinary reasons, it should not be a problem that there is NO complete kitchen with us. The bar is well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Of course, there are also glasses, plates and cutlery. Guests staying overnight must provide their own food. If you want to bring food and drinks, that's not a problem. Guests always have a corner free in the fridge where they can chill sausage / cheese / their own drinks / etc. Drinks can be purchased at normal prices, also directly from us, the refrigerator is filled. - For a full breakfast (rolls / spread / etc.) you must provide for yourself. - For the evening we also have various delivery services at hand and in the surrounding area there are also 2 – 3 restaurants where you can eat well. We provide our overnight guests with a bottle of Prosecco and a little snack as a welcome. Water, tea and coffee are also included in the price. If you would like to have more alcoholic beverages and do not want to bring them yourself, you can get them from us for an additional fee. A price list for the drinks in the refrigerator is at the bar, just serve yourself and put the money for the consumption on the bar upon departure.
