The shower room and toilet are on the first floor, and access is by stairs only. The beds are bunk beds with ladder access. The entire property is non-smoking, and the area in front of the house is also a non-smoking zone. If you must smoke, please use the designated smoking area under the eaves. Parties that involve heavy drinking, loud noise, property damage, or vomiting are strictly prohibited. Please gather your trash in one place before checkout. Please remove your shoes when inside the house.
