Welcome to our home! We have a 4 bed 4 bath home on a large compound with a lovely grassy area and plenty of parking. This is a great place for short-term or long-term stays. We are a 15 minute drive from Kotoka Intl Airport, close to University of Ghana, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is just a block away from lots of restaurants, shops, and the heart of East Legon. We have many amenities, including solar energy, fiber wifi, hot water, air conditioning, a piano, and a private gym! The space Please note that we do not have a generator. If the power goes out, our solar energy system should kick in and can power only the necessities - lights, fans, and the refrigerator. Unfortunately, water will not flow when power is out, as the solar system is not able to power high energy consuming appliances, including the water pump, air conditioners, and water heaters. If there is a grid outage, there will be no use of these high energy consuming machines until the grid power returns. Other things to note We do not allow smoking or use of drugs on the property. We also do not allow any events or parties to be held at our house. All guests that will enter the house must be included in the reservation. No other guests will be permitted. We are always available online, on phone, and through AirBnB messaging if you have any questions or urgent needs!
