Comfortable, funky accommodation on 6 private acres with native bush walks, large meandering creeks, rope climb, flying fox, jungle gym, sand pit, outdoor bar & BBQ area, separate Indoor Pizza Oven & Bar. Free WIFI All linen/towels supplied. Washing machine on site. 2 min drive to town, make use of our deck and enjoy stunning views over the town & harbour The space The 'Saloon' / Pizza Bar area is separate from the accommodation so if the kids are trying to sleep it isn't too noisy. It is a warm cozy atmosphere and lots of fun to be had cooking pizzas. We have 2 fish filleting benches (1 undercover) and 2 Fish smokers on site. We have a nice bush walk (slightly steep in places) down to the creek with pet eels to feed. We have a huge playground to entertain the kids. A Sand Pit, Sea Saw, Swing and Flying Fox/Zipline and Rope Climb. Visitors are welcome to make use of our huge deck out the front past our place, Great views over Town and Harbour and amazing sunsets. We have a pool table to keep people entertained on a rainy day. There are 2 kids kayaks and 1 adult kayak that you are more than welcome to use. If more than 10 booking we can put 2 extra single beds down in the pool table room. Guest access You can get in any time after 1pm unless prior arrangements have been made. We will give you details once booked about self access. You are welcome to make use of our deck out the front of our house overlooking the town and harbour and enjoy the views and amazing sunsets. Other things to note Free WIFI, BBQ on site for your use. 2 kids kayaks and 1 adult kayak in boat shed, feel free to use. Flying Fox/Zipline down the walking track.
