Close to Oval/Kennington/Vauxhall tube (zone 1) with excellent transport links. Nearby are restaurants & supermarkets. The space This is a delightful split level three double bedroom property arranged over the 1st and 3rd floors of a low-rise block. Nice tiled bathroom, with a separate WC. Three excellent sized bedrooms with lots of storage as well as ample natural light. The property is located on the junction of John Ruskin Street and Camberwell New Road. It is minutes from the Oval tube station as well as local amenities. This great city pad has fabulous views over the London and the Shard. Outside of the apartment building there is an open air free gym! Located just off Camberwell New Road, there are numerous buses just outside your front door heading into Central London. Oval station for the Northern Line is a quarter of a mile away and there are numerous local amenities nearby as well as the beautiful green open space of Kennington Park. On Saturdays, you can wander over to the popular farmers’ market at St Marks church. Transport links from Hanworth House are a breeze: Catch the Northern line at nearby Oval tube station (0.4 mile walk straight up Camberwell New Road), or hop on a bus to Victoria, Marble Arch or Paddington.
