A room in a traditional 18th century patio house in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, recently renovated, in front of the church of Santa María la Blanca, a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and the entire monumental area of the city. Free access by codes. The space The room has high ceilings and warm lighting that makes it a cozy stay, in the heart of the city. It has a balcony with large windows and old shutters, with good views, a window to the gallery, in turn, to the large patio of the house where light enters through the large skylight from which you can see the sky. It has air conditioning (hot/cold) to be comfortable as well as radiators for winter. The bathroom, with a window facing the street that provides natural lighting, is located inside the bedroom. The house has three other bedrooms with bathrooms. Guest access The common space is a Sevillian courtyard with plants and tiles where you can sit. It has a nice awning that protects and allows you to see the sky. A place to rest after visiting the city. There is also a large roof terrace with good views where you can spend a pleasant time. During your stay I will be available for whatever you need. During your stay you can contact me by app, phone or WhatsApp. I will try to assist you as best as possible. Other things to note The room is located on a different floor than the one I occupy, it has access by codes to have total independence in access and stay.
