The complex has a pool, hot tub, free parking, grills in the common areas, etc. The space Easy access to the condo, ocean & pool without use of an elevator. One flight of stairs from parking lot or pool. Parking directly outside the unit. Guest access You have access to the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, grills, deck over looking ocean, and common areas. Other things to note Please treat our home like your own. If you break something, replace it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you use the outside ashtrays, clean them out.
