Newly refurbished for a family member, but now available for Airbnb guests. This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple to enjoy the lovely Perthshire countryside. Also suitable for groups of up to four.(extra charge of £10 p.p per night). Situated amongst farm buildings and next to a quiet B road it allows easy access to explore all parts of Central Scotland..... Slate and wooden floors 1 king size bed, 1 double bed/study/ shower/wood burner. The space There is an open plan sitting room and kitchen/dining. A cosy seating area with a work station and a wood burning stove. The double bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with goose down pillows and beautifully laundered sheets, guaranteeing a good nights sleep. There is also a second bedroom /study with a double bed.....there is an extra charge for this bed (If you wish to have this bed made up as well, then please request extra person--after 2--even if there are only two people staying....ie. book for three people even if two people staying and wishing to use use both rooms).....We can make this bed up with a double duvet or two single duvets if you want two children/people to share. There is a pretty little garden where you can sit out and listen to the birds! Also a brazier in case you want to light a fire outside in the evenings. Please note that there is a dishwasher but NO WASHING MACHINE in the cottage although there is an extra large sink in the scullery and a drying rack in the bathroom. Guest access Fishing on the nearby river can be arranged through the Crieff Angling Club and we also have a small part of the river where you may fish. We are very happy to have up to two dogs to stay as long as they are well behaved and not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom and not left unattended in the house. Unfortunately we are unable to welcome cats as our dogs are not very cat-friendly! Other things to note Please book 'extra people' if you wish to use the box bed and have it made up. There is a Beauty Room in the farm buildings…a short walk away, offering facials, manicures, pedicures and massage etc. There is one resident beautician so she gets very booked up…best to book well in advance via her Instagram: thebeautyroomcrieff
