Lovely Home in Prime Norwood Area, Good for Family

This sweet house is perfect for any type of visitor. The house is off the street, with a nice private space for you to enjoy. It is well equipped for staying in, with a full kitchen, as well as a nice base for the active traveler. The area is fantastic, offering pubs, cafes/restaurants and lots of shopping. There are supermarkets very close by too. It's a safe area, everything is walking distance from the house - including bus stops to get you to the CBD (15-20mins) and beyond! The space The house doesn't bite, with room to kick back and take in the day, whether that's outside or in. An enclosed yard means privacy and safety, especially for the bubs. You can let them roam about the place without fear of escape (no guarantees for superhuman escape artists). There is also a classic retro theme to the decor which provides that great home feeling. Suuuch a good feeling. The front bathroom is new, along with the air conditioner and the verandah and paving. I know all of you are looking for a new paving job so get around it. There are three bedrooms in this home, one of which has an ensuite, while the other two are in the back where the second bathroom is. All three rooms have their own locks, just for your own peace of mind, if you like. There's a big desk in the lounge room if you have any work that needs doing. I have pretended to do a lot of work from there, certainly more than I ever completed, that's for sure. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils and a few basics like tea and coffee and some jam and stuff that have been "sourced" from hotels all around the place. It is very gracious of those hotels to unknowingly contribute to your experience. There is also a cute little laundry nook which I like for no real reason. There's a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and cleaning items etc in there. Guest access Once you're inside, the place is just for you! You can argue amongst yourselves over who gets which rooms and what mugs etc. There's also a lemon and orange tree out the front, and an avocado tree in the complex's driveway. The lemons are so plentiful I think there's pretty much always some ready to go. The orange tree is sweet and delicious when fruiting, you will have to beat the possums to them though. And the avocado is in the thin nature strip across from house number 2 roughly. The avocados are quite high, but if you can safely get to them, hey go nuts. Other things to note Unfortunately, the air conditioner couldn't get put through to the back two bedrooms, but we have high ceilings and fans which help a lot on hot nights. If it's too hot, there are two ice cream shops right down the end of the street, both of which are delicious.
