📍WELCOME HOME APARTMENT is located in Lierna: an authentic village nestled between Lake Como and the mountains. Come here if you want to relax on the beach, hike along scenic trails, dine at traditional restaurants, and visit the many historic villas and villages. The apartment is located in the upper part of the town, in a panoramic position, a 15-minute walk from the train station and the town center. It is located on the ground floor of a residential building, where you can truly feel at home. The space 🏡The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and is located on the first floor of the residence. Two parking spaces in the garage are always available. The terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with a table and chairs, as well as comfortable armchairs, is accessible from the living room. The living room is bright and spacious, with a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms: the double bedroom, located in the sleeping area, and the triple bedroom, near the living room, which has private access to the garden with a mountain view. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and a washing machine, and one with a bathtub. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are available. It can be equipped for families with children upon request (cot, high chair, and other amenities). Guest access 🌈 We welcome guests of all backgrounds, culture, and identity. No friends or family from outside/no meetings/no parties. - QUIET HOURS: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM - Sort WASTE as explained. - HEATING: May be turned on from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. Maximum allowed temperature: 66 °F (19 °C). Use of AIR CONDITIONING during the summer months. The internal temperature must not be below 79 °F (26 °C).
