Description
My place is ideal for families because the private garden makes everyone have more space without being overwhelmed, while some are on the terrace the others can be quietly reading under the eucalyptus or inside the house. It has nothing to do with an apartment... The house is located on a small hill 800m high, in a residential area. You can walk up and down but a car is recommended. The shops are very close, as are the beaches and the mountains. The space The house is not hot in summer, and in winter you can usually eat in the garden. It has two terraces, one at the entrance that faces north and another that overlooks the ocean and the mountain. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils. From the rooms there are beautiful views. Guest access The community also has a garden and a swimming pool with beautiful views and not too many people. Other things to note THE HOUSE HAS COOLING/HEATING AIR CONDITIONING. CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED SEPARATELY AT €0.35/KW FOR THE KW CONSUMED. READING IS TAKEN AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. UPON ARRIVAL, A CASH DEPOSIT OF €100 IS REQUIRED, FROM WHICH THE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION WILL BE DEDUCTED.
