Central yet peaceful – the ideal base for your Amsterdam stay. Book now! The space The 45m² studio is all yours with a private street entrance. It features a Queen-size double bed (convertible into two singles on request), a kitchenette, and a dining/working area. In the hallway, you’ll find a clothing closet, combi microwave/oven, private bathroom with sink, shower, and separate toilet. Enjoy fast internet, TV with premium cable and streaming services, and a Nespresso machine with Aeroccino for cappuccinos. Breakfast or a takeaway dinner can be easily prepared in the kitchenette. The house was founded in the 17th century and sits on one of Amsterdam’s most picturesque streets, often featured in historic books. We are a family of four living above and are happy to assist whenever needed—just ring our doorbell! Situated on a quiet residential neighborhood of three islands connected by historic drawbridges, the studio is just 10 minutes’ walk from the lively Jordaan with boutique shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Two free bikes are provided, letting you reach major sights, museums, and other neighborhoods in under 20 minutes. Central, peaceful, and full of local character, it’s the ideal base to explore Amsterdam. Guest access You’ll have your own entrance from the street with 24/7 self check-in, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. The whole studio, bathroom, and toilet are just for you, and there’s a little sitting area right outside the door — a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. Amsterdam Central Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away, and from there you can catch a train, tram, or metro anywhere in the city. If you’re driving, low-rate parking is available at the IJdock garage about 5–10 minutes away. Other things to note The house dates back to the 17th century, so you might occasionally hear some sounds from us or the neighbors.
