Sunny 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Brusibi (2 minutes from right choice supermarket The open plan living area is ideal for any situation. You are welcome to make reasonable offers. Note: We have an additional bedroom 4 on the top floor. Which makes this house a four-bedroom. but we are renting three bedroom. The fourth bedroom is available on request with extra charge. Please read The space The modern, fully equipped, kitchen includes an cooker and hob, microwave and fridge/ the sliding doors open out onto a swimming pool, ideal for sunset cocktails and barbecues. The FAMILY ROOM lounge has a fireplace and TV with Satelite dish . The house is equipped with modern kitchen incl. Washing machine, iron, and Basis utensils. Roof TOP Deck with city views. . American styled furniture’s Main bedroom is en-suite with bath, Jacuzzi and shower (King Bed). Two Bedroom on the ground floor fully furnished with queen beds in each room Address is brusubi tranquil phase 1 opposite afroco apartment that’s where we are located Please note - we are not a hotel. Guest access You have access to the entire ground floor house , and all the fantastic amenities this building offers to its tenants. Other things to note You will be responsible for Electricity (slot machine) and WIFI (fees apply). electricity slot machine we recommend tenants to have at least minimum £30 per week, this amount varies depend on # of ppl , appliances and usage per individual. If you plan stay more than two month , you will be responsible for the water bill. Bill will be sent via Nawec. Example Dalasi 600. No Smoking inside the house - No cigarettes / No Drugs / No Weed You can smoke only cigarettes outside the house/near the pool area. No Drug / Substances allowed inside/outside my property. You will be responsible to refill the gas bottle (£15 - 25 Pounds). You will be responsible for your own electricity (Slot Machine) You will be responsible for Wifi charges - £60 you a use the wifi up to one month ) - Monthly Charge -( £60 Pounds). We need at least 7 days notice on writing, if you need the Wifi activated. You can also pay the company directly on your arrival. We are renting the 3 bedroom ground-floor, if you need the additional one bedroom upstairs , please let me know , and we can price it for you. bedroom 4 We would ask that guest do not smoke inside the house, there is ample space and seating areas outside. Children must be supervised by the pool side at all times. Please leave the house as you found it and have a great stay!i We do not offer groceries or toiletries. ( pls bring you own toothpaste, soap , shampoo, laundry detergent .etc). We are not hotel to be clear . This is my home. Check IN after 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available upon request.  CHECK OUT before 11:00 a.m. Late checkout may be available upon advanced request. Please review the check out procedures at the end of the guidebook prior toleaving. Late check out without prior approval will result in additional cost 11am check in and out is only available if we do not have tenants.
