Only 3.5 miles from downtown Franklin, gem mining close by, as well as Nantahala Outdoor Center for rafting 1 hour away. So much to see and do for all ages. The space This beautiful property is located close to Franklin, but lets you feel as if you are located in a woodsy secluded area. Close to river access by walking a nature trail to get to. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. You must be 25 years old to rent this house. Other things to note Will require a signed contract after reservation is made. NO PETS, NO PARTIES!!
