Palm View, situated across the road from the Ballito Granny’s pool. This comfortable 5 bedroom, family friendly holiday home, offers direct beach access just steps away from the front door. The house is conveniently positioned near the Boulevard center which includes a small grocer, restaurants and more. This apartment is listed with Ballito Accommodation which has been providing luxury accommodation since 1983. The space This comfortably furnished single storey home accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, 4 of which open up onto a large patio and 4 bathrooms which is Pet Friendly and would allow 2 small dogs. Main Bedroom – Queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom (Bath & Shower) Bedroom 2 – Double bed Bedroom 3 – Two single beds and full en-suite bathroom (Shower only) Bedroom 4 – Two single beds Bedroom 5 –Two single beds Guest Bathroom 1 – Full bathroom with a bath and a shower Guest Bathroom 2 – Full bathroom with a shower Guest Loo – Toilet and basin only The house is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool and an outdoor built in charcoal braai area on the patio with an array of seating space for those relaxed sunny days. The open plan living area offers a dining room, indoor bar area (not stocked) with seating space and a spacious lounge which opens up onto the patio. The lounge has a Netflix. The self catering, fully equipped kitchen is tucked away just off the living area for your privacy…no peaking at the chef. All of the rooms have ceiling fans There is a double lock up garage for your vehicles as well as extra guest parking. The property has an alarm and is accessed by a remote controlled gate. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property on the lower level. Other things to note This is a self-catering apartment and you will receive a cleaning service every day (except Sundays and public holidays). Beach Towels are not supplied. Your towels will be changed on the 4th day and you will get a towel and linen change on the 8th day. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge.
