Double room in lovely period house - friendly host

Double room in charming Edwardian house built in 1905. It's a big house with a host who is mostly away so you will have the place to yourself. There is a lovely bathroom with a good shower. You are welcome to use the kitchen as if it were your own and the dining room joins on to it. This lovely quiet house is a pleasant place to rest away from the busy town. The house is near to Alexandra Palace which hosts many events, festivals and shows. There is internet access. Free parking is available immediately outside should you need it. The nearest tube station is Wood Green which is 10 mins walk away. The nearest overground station is Bowes Park and is 7 mins walk away. There is only one occupant of the house which has four bedrooms. I am friendly and welcoming but allow guests to be private It's quiet and safe with friendly neighbours and good transport links Picadilly line is close by with speedy journeys into Central london. Kings Cross is 15 minutes If you are intending on working full time from the property please let me know when you request a booking. It can get a little much when guests are in the house pretty much constantly. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, and bathroom in addition to the bedrooms. Please play the piano. I don't provide breakfast but you are welcome to use the kitchen as much as you like. During your stay I am friendly and welcoming but allow guests to be private. The house is entirely non smoking. Other things to note A general note. The house is old and can be a little chilly in winter even with the heating turned up high. If you’re used to a warm modern flat or a hot climate you will need an extra sweater and warm socks.
