Just outside the old town is Antalya’s main square, Republic Square (Cumhuriyet Meydani), home to some of the city’s most important cultural and social events. These centrally located apartments are within walking distance from the old town, mermerli beach, the city centre shops and bazars and public transport. There are parking options available. The space This light and airy loft-style apartment(studio) has beautiful sea views. The open-plan space can be divided by a glass panel into separate sleeping/living and working spaces. There is a double bed and a couch that can be converted into an extra bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a shared washing machine in the common entrance area. Since your reservation was made late in the day and we operate as an apartment rather than a hotel, our staff is currently not on-site as the apartment has already been prepared. Therefore, we kindly ask that you set up the sofa beds yourself. The sofa beds in the apartment are quite easy to convert and can be turned into beds with a few simple steps. Guest access The flat is located in the very centre of Antalya, right on the edge of the lively and picturesque old town, Kaleici an area full of bars, restaurants and shops. The area is very central and all amenities are within a short walking distance. The flat is located in a pedestrian zone, which is a pleasant area for taking an evening stroll. It is just a 10 min. walk to the harbour where you can arrange a boat trip or go to a small beach. There is also a weekly market nearby. The flat is near several public transport options inc. the public bus/tram to and from the airport and the nostalgic tram along the cliff road to Konyaalti Beach. Other things to note Please note that according to Turkish authorities we have to get your passport details and register your info in the government system. This is a fourth floor apartment. Please note that the flat is located in a very lively and busy part of the old town and some people may find it noisy also because of the music outside, especially at night. Should you be concerned about the noise issue, you are welcome to cancel your reservation free of charge within 1 hours. And finally we know that you can find cheaper prices in different locations and hotels. We are confident about the quality and uniqueness of our flats. We are committed to sustainable tourism and pay our staff fair wages which enable them to live decent lives. Please consider this as well when you book with us. For this reason, we do not want to bargain and our prices are not open to negotiation. Mavi Avlu cannot be held responsible for items left behind or lost. Adult guests bear full responsibility for any person under 18 included in the booking. Also our guests are fully liable for any damage done to the property, including by accompanying children.
