To reach the terrace you have to walk just in front of the main door and use the stairs. *PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY* could experience difficulties to reach the terrace due to the narrow path and because the steppy steps. For the 99% of the previous guests - from 1 to 78 years old - nobody has complained about the terrace reachability but we prefer to advice you. *** PARKING *** Ortigia is NOT an ideal city for cars. There are few parks and most of the streets are so narrow that you'll risk at any turn to touch the buildings. So if you are planning to rent a car to reach Siracusa, consider getting a bus from Catania Airport or a taxi because once in Ortigia, you'll not need a car and you'll be able to visit almost any attraction by walk. In case you need a car to visit also the surrounds, Casa Flora is close (20 mt) to one of the few free parks area.
