On the second floor there is a full bath with a shower stall. The basement level has a half bathroom with a utility sink. On the outside you will find a comfortable elevated terrace next to the kitchen that overlooks the gardens, pool and mountains, ideal for those outdoor summer BBQs. On the lower level of the house garden you will find the sunbathing area, garden and swimming pool. Three sides of the house outdoor area are surrounded by trees prividing a relaxing and private environment for those enjoying the pool and sunbathing area. The front of the house and entrances are at street level.
