Our 2acre property in St Georges Basin is 10min to Jervis Bay. Our open plan home sleeps up to 6 people. The patio has complete privacy from the one neighbouring property and overlooks bushland. Theres plenty of room on the manicured lawn for the kids (or pets) to play and a firepit to sit around and relax. Kindling/firewood can be found on our property. We also have 4 chickens which will be kept in their pen during your stay. You'll even get a dozen fresh eggs waiting for you on arrival The space Upon entering the property, it instantly feels bright and airy with high ceilings, open plan kitchen, dining & two seperate lounge areas. The entertaining area on the back patio is spacious and features a built in BBQ, bar fridge and 6 seater outdoor dining. The huge yard has plenty of space to let the kids (or pets run around). There is plenty of room inside to play one of the many games supplied in our games cupboard or simply relax, sit around and chat. No matter what the weather, you'll feel right at home with the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning and an indoor wood fire. We understand your furry friends are part of the family and thats why we welcome pets (subject to approval) All pets are to be kept outside when possible and must be treated for fleas and ticks. Pets are allowed inside (on TILED areas only) and under NO circumstances are they to be in the bedrooms. Any evidence of pets being on beds, lounges or washed in the bathrooms will incur an extra cleaning fee. Although our property is fully fenced, there is a separate smaller secure side yard with a kennel for your pet. Should you wish to go out for the day, you may feel more comfortable leaving them there. We have 4 x chickens in their own chook pen which you are welcome to look at, however, we do not let them out when we have guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire house including 3 Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. However the 4th bedroom, wardrobes and the garage will be locked. We provide Egyptian cotton bath sheets & high quality bed linen. We DO NOT provide beach towels and ask that you bring your own. Other things to note Note that we do have a small dam at the back of our property so please keep this in mind if you have small children as it is not fenced off. As our property is rural we do have fences, however cannot guarantee these will keep your dog in. There is a gate at the front of the property you can close to keep your dog off the road. Please be aware we have 4 x chickens which are very quiet and are used to dogs. Registration Details PID-STRA-72547
