My Iceland Apartment

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for Family or Friends getaway. The unit is located about 20 minutes of walk from the beach and 30 minutes from the city center in a new build apartment complex guarded with the civilian's camera system. Parking is free on permisses, right in front of the building. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by the forest, you can listen to the chirping birds in the morning and sip your morning coffee on the balcony Other things to note *The resort fee is PLN 6.50 per person, per night. *We also collect a refundable safety deposit of PLN 400 (EUR 100) to cover any potential damages. Why do we charge a deposit? The deposit allows us to minimize losses related to damages to the apartment and other inappropriate behavior that exposes the property owner to additional costs. It serves as a guarantee that the guest intends to use the apartment in accordance with the regulations. *Before your arrival date (so that your payment reaches us before your arrival), we kindly ask you to pay a deposit (the bank account number will be provided after the booking). The deposit is refunded within 3 business days of your departure date via bank transfer (provided there is no damage to the apartment equipment). *After paying the deposit, we will send you instructions how to get to the apartment and where to collect the keys. This information will be sent to you the day before or on the day of your arrival. *We accept small breed dogs in the apartment, after prior arrangement with us, for an additional fee of PLN 20 per dog per day. We will also ask you to agree to our pet policy. *The apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, a clothing dryer rack, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, outdoor furniture, and a beach screen. *The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and kitchen and tableware). *The apartment has free Wi-Fi and cable TV. *The apartment includes a balcony and one private parking space.
