Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. We also offer weekly and monthly discounts during certain parts of the year. Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (There is a fence between us and the park, and we have not put in a gate yet, so you will still walk from the street to reach the park.) The space If you are booking the downstairs only, you will not have access to the second floor rooms, but there will NOT be others in the house. You may use the backyard, which backs to a city park, and has some basic outdoor amenities (a table, four chairs, and a grill). Guest access Guests can access the washer and dryer, and all common spaces, but NOT the garage. You may park in the driveway, which can easily accommodate two vehicles. There is one closet downstairs that is set aside for guests' use. Most of the closets and drawers in the house hold our personal items. Other things to note We list the sofa bed in our office/study room under "common spaces," however, it is actually in a room by itself. We did not want to mislead guests into thinking this was a full bedroom since it does not have a door or a closet. However, it is completely separated from the living room where the other sofa bed (and armchairs and dining table) lives. For a family gathering, it practically serves as a separate bedroom. We would be happy to provide a divider, too, upon request.
