Costa Rican artist family home!

This family house belongs to a Costa Rican artist and is filled with her paintings and stain glass art. It was designed to host family getaways in a peaceful residential condominium. Ideal for having fun family gatherings. Couple minutes walk to the beach south of Jaco which is the nicest part of the beach to walk and swim, far from the buzzing city activity. Close to all the convenience of town, yet far enough to have a more peaceful experience. The space The dryer and washer are located in the door adjacent to the garage. To the right when you are entering the house. Guest access You have space for 3 vehicles, two in the garage space, third one in front of the house inside the complex. After using the pool or Rancho, please don´t leave things there. The common areas are shared with the other houses on the condominium. Other things to note Please don`t hang towels or clothing from the balcony. One very important aspect is that this is a family oriented condominium, and our family vacation home, so be aware that no parties, loud noises, smoking in the house or in the premises, nor outside visitors are allowed.
