Modern studio with garden view 5 mins to the beach

This is a newly built, modern open-plan garden studio that comprises a living/ dining area with a small kitchen, a double bed and a separate en suite - the lounge area has double French doors opening out to a small patio and garden. It is a tranquil location, guests can relax sitting outside at the table on the patio, sipping a glass of wine whilst enjoying the garden view. The garden studio is one of our dog-friendly accommodations; we charge a one-off fee of £30.00 per stay for your pooch. The space The Studio apartment is a new building at the rear of the Holland House - separate from the main residence - it is private and enjoys a tranquil spot with views of a well-maintained garden. It's a lovely spot in the Spring and Summer, perfect for sitting outside and taking in the sounds of the birds. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. They will also be able to access the communal back porch area where you can find supplies in the fridge such as milk, butter and jams. Other things to note We are very close ( 3 minutes walk) to two friendly local pubs serving great food and cask ales. One of the pubs has a lovely beer garden that backs onto the local bowling club. We are a minute away from the promenade and beach, offering lovely walking opportunities. The Victoria Quarter is a trendy new area with good bars and restaurants. Keep your eyes out for the incredible murals painted by local artists.
