Cozy apartment in the heart of the Emmental

Cozy 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of an Emmental wooden house. In the apartment there are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with combined shower/tub, a separate kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room with small balcony. In front of the house, there is a covered parking space. Very suitable for families (2 adults, max. 4 children, 1 baby) Nearby is the Chuderhüsi restaurant, a small ski lift, lots of forest and countless hiking trails. The space Wood - The number 1 building material in the Emmental. As a trained carpenter, my father-in-law converted the second floor into a lovely 3 1/2-room apartment in the late 1990s. Each room is paneled with light wood and thus conveys a "typical Emmental" charm. The balcony, located in the "Ründi" typical of Emmental houses, is partially glazed, so that even in wind and weather there is a protected corner. Other things to note Our apartment is right next to a short ski lift, which is only in operation when there is enough snow. It is not located in a ski resort. A car is needed to get here, which is equipped with winter tires in winter. There is no washing machine available.
