This is a brand new autonomous ground floor apartment constructed in 2020.It is situated in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the centre of the beautiful city of Igoumenitsa and just 7 minutes from the nearest beach by car. It is suitable to accommodate 4 people. In addition, it is ideal for individual visitors, groups and families visiting the city for tourism, social events or for business reasons. The space The house has a safety door, electric shutters, door screens and security cameras in the outdoor spaces around the house. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, kitchen hobs, an extractor hood and a microwave. Additionally, it provides an espresso machine, an electric pot of Greek coffee, a frappe coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a multi-cutter. Moreover, there are all the necessary utensils and kitchen tools. A comfortable living room is located in an open space next to the kitchen . In a separate room, where the visitor can find a shoe rack, an iron, an ironing board, a clothesline and a vacuum cleaner, there are all kinds of cleansing products, an emergency pharmacy, a reehargeaple flashlight in case of a power outage and a fire extinguisher. The visitors can relax in the dining table of the large balcony. The house has a cooling-heating system and hot water 24 hours a day, wi-fi and Netflix.
