Lakefront, cute and cozy year round cottage

Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs. The space The space is small but well equipped. Full kitchen, Two queen beds, one downstairs and one upstairs in the loft. Guest access There is space for three cars. Two mid sized vehicles in front of the cottage and one directly across the road from the cottage. Other things to note We do keep our boat at the cottage and will occasionally need to access the dock to get to it, which means we need to walk through the yard. We will inform you prior to access the boat.
