The villa was built by my father in-law about 20+ years ago. The villa has a 50m wide sand beach in front, and constantly gets a light wind so you never feel even at hot temperatures. The kithcen, living and bedrooms are very spacious (total space is close to 300 sqm) and all have an unblocked beach and sea view where you can also watch international freight ships..
