Rural Retreat, Self-contained Studio

Our self-contained studio is a rural retreat, set in extensively landscaped gardens overlooking farmland and stunning scenery. The studio is newly built, compact and peaceful with all the basics you will need, including fresh free range farm eggs for breakfast. The property is nice and private and away from the main house. The space Set on five acres of land in the hilly valley of Woodford, our beautiful property has stunning views overlooking farmland. Take a walk around the property and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature, listen to the birds and take a look at our farm animals. We have Alpaca, sheep, pigs and chickens. Also there is a tree lined walking track alongside the Merri River approximately 5-10 minutes walk away, perfect for walking and cycling. This property is within a 10 minute drive of Warrnambool, 20 mins to Port Fairy and 20 minutes to the Great Ocean Road. Guest access Small BBQ under the veranda, Table and two chairs on the paved area outside. Electric heater. Freestanding fan. TV. Radio. Please note there is no Wifi. Toaster. Microwave. Fridge. Kettle. Twin electric cooktop. No oven. Portacot with linen available on request. High chair available on request. Private bathroom. Iron/Ironingboard. Hairdryer. First Aid kit. Other things to note Breakfast provisions include: Tea, Herbal Tea, Coffee, Milk, English Muffins, Butter, Conserves, Fresh Free Range Farm Eggs, (breakfast for one morning, plenty of tea and coffee). We also supply hand sanitiser for use during your stay. The studio is thoroughly aired and cleaned between guests. Handles, T.V remote etc all disinfected. All linen is hot washed. Gloves are worn whilst cleaning. Please consider bringing slippers to wear inside as the farm gets a bit muddy in Winter. Please note that mobile phone coverage is limited in the studio, however, better reception is available at the top of the driveway.
