You’ll love my place because of the indoor/outdoor living, private plunge pool, tropical gardens with views across the lake and parkland and tucked away from everyone. Use the kitchen to make drinks at the bar or cook up a storm with your family or friends. You'll love staying here because it brings the outside in and encompasses the best of tropical living. It has a private office. You get the benefit of only paying for the rooms you need. We allocate 2 persons per room. The space Views over open space, unique one off villa in resort environment, deck in centre of villa and additional access to resort facilities whilst in your own private space. Guest access The entire villa, with the exception of bedrooms not booked and paid for (noted below) will be for your sole use. This includes indoor/outdoor living, plunge pool, private garden and hot water outdoor showers adding to the experience. In addition, all resort facilities are available for guests use including tennis courts, gym, yoga pavilions, main pool, open spaces and walking paths. Onsite restaurant, bar and day spa are also available at the resort. Bedrooms Bedrooms are accessible according to booking. One bedroom is allocated for each 2 guests booked. Additional guests are charged accordingly. Please ensure that you select the actual number of guests to ensure the additional rooms are made available. We do consider all requests to ensure our guests are not disappointed. Bedrooms not booked and paid for are locked off from guests however this will not impact your stay as bedrooms are in pavilions. Other things to note The villa is within a resort and guests behaviour is monitored by the resort to ensure quiet enjoyment by all guests. Any guests making excessive noise or a nuisance of themselves will be required to leave the resort. Due to the number of open ponds and creeks surrounding the property all small children and crawling babies will require constant supervision for their safety. We therefore recommend you consider this prior to booking.
