Peak House is located on the slopes just outside Kalkan town center, enjoying the stunning scenery of the Bay. It is an ideal holiday villa for couples, large families or groups of friends, staying together but would also appreciate some privacy. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor and an additional one on the ground, all of which are air-conditioned. Spacious living space, shaded veranda and the pool area offer a relaxing atmosphere enjoying the view. Fully renovated in 2019. The space The villa offers 180 m2 closed space comprising 4 bedrooms, a large living space, open kitchen and 4 bathrooms as well spacious open spaces. Large roof terrace presents a peaceful and panoramic view of Kalkan Bay, suitable for chilling and romantic moments particularly at dusk. The villa stands on a heightened platform to enjoy the scenery even on the ground level. The entrance door opens up a large living space and brand new open kitchen which are directly connected to the veranda. Full shading roof covered with purple bougainvillea and lily flowers makes veranda a great place for breakfast and afternoon chilling. Shaded veranda is furnished with comfortable lounge armchairs and garden style eating table set, while the primary dining table set is located in front of the open kitchen. The swimming pool area proposes a relaxing space to enjoy and chill, equipped with 8 sun loungers, small tables and umbrellas. There is a bathroom with shower facility on the ground floor. All the bedrooms on the upper floor are en-suite, while 2 of them enjoy the sea view and private balconies. The Master bedroom 1 also offers Jacuzzi fun while enjoying the view. All the southern facing openings are equipped with full-height sliding doors for a larger view of the scenery. Peak House is completely private and prepared for the accommodation of guests. The pool area is visually hidden from the curious eyes. All the ac units, master bedroom mattress and pool lounge mattresses are brand new for 2021. Guest access Satellite TV, WiFi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, mini microwave oven, coffee maker, icemaker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and board, hairdryers, hot tub, hot water and water tank are available. There is a large portable barbecue on the ground floor. Other things to note The villa had been completely renovated by the architects just in 2019-20. 3 en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor are very comfortable and fun. The property offers an additional bedroom on the ground floor. Private car parking space is available in front of the villa. Pets are not allowed in the house (strict). However the semi-open spaces around the villa are suitable for dogs. Rules and guides about the usage of the villa and in-house facilities are noted on a document, which is available both here on airbnb system and at the villa in printed form. All the guests are required to read and behave accordingly. Highchair is available in the property. Swimming pool had been built before the recent legislation, so that it is a little more deeper than 140 cm. It is completely safe for the adults, but may be dangerous for small children who does not swim. Please keep this in mind before proceeding.
