The space The modern and individually equipped 53 sqm 3-room apartment in Wiek is located on the 2nd floor in Villa Wittow in the village of Wiek on the island of Rügen. The living space is tastefully decorated and features a flat screen TV, a lowboard, and a red pull-out leather couch and a wooden dining table with chairs. From the living room there is access to the large balcony.   The apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m, single 21cm thick comfort cold foam mattresses as well as very good slatted frames). One bedroom is located in the roof extension and can be reached via an open staircase from the living room. It is equipped with a highboard. In the other bedroom there is a large closet. The kitchen (open) is equipped with AEG appliances: dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob. The large fridge/freezer is of privilege. The kitchen is still equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, knife block, pots, pans as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom with walk-in glass shower, toilet, sink and large mirror is intimate. The apartment includes a car parking space and a storage space for bicycles. We are happy to provide children's travel cot and high chair on request. You can rent a barbecue from the landlord. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room on the 1st floor and can be used for a small fee. The apartment in Villa Wittow in Wiek is located in a newly built house, just a few meters away from Wieker Bodden. The apartment Rügen in Wiek is comfortably and exclusively furnished. Holidays are meant to be relaxation and fun for you. All apartments have their own bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free internet access (Wi-Fi) and a large terrace or balcony window. They are decorated in warm colors, bright, cozy and with solid wooden furniture. In the apartment Rügen in Villa Wittow in Wiek, it is not allowed to smoke. The apartment Wiek is looked after daily by an employee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window overlooking the countryside (see example picture in the outdoor views). The separate kitchen also has a large window with a view of the countryside. Apartments 1 and 3 are accessible and wheelchair accessible. A playground at the house is available for all guests. On site, you can also rent a high chair, a cot or the barbecue directly from the landlord. For a small fee you can use the communal dryer or the washing machine in the house. There is a shelter for your bicycles. Each apartment has a car parking space   Whether fishing, swimming, strolling, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, hiking or cycling - the island of Rügen offers a variety of different excursion options. We have put together a small part for you. We are happy to help you with further holiday planning on site. Both the harbor and shopping are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment Rügen. In Wiek there is also a cafe, several shops, a flower shop, a bakery and a pastry shop. There is also a bank and several restaurants. From Wiek there is also a ferry directly to Hiddensee (April-October). By car or bike you can quickly reach the Baltic Sea beach in Juliusruh.
