Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. The house is comfortable for up to four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heating/cooling, high speed internet and lounge area. Outside there are lawn areas and a secure backyard with a patio and BBQ area. The space North facing house, tiled throughout with an open plan living area. There are glimpses of Jervis Bay from within the house and across the block. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and workstation and the other room has two king singles which can be attached together. The comfortable lounge area is perfect to relax after a day at the beach, with air conditioning and smart TV. Laundry facilities and backyard washing line are available for use by guests. The carport will easily fit a medium sized car and there is plenty of parking space in the front yard. Backyard is large and fully fenced with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
