Guests will enjoy a nice sunny and unoverlooked garden with a children's playhouse. A 15 m² terrace, located on the 1st floor, now completes the external access. The space Located in a quiet and nice area, close to the main train station (10 min walk), our house is also close to the daily Capucins market and Place St Michel, local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...). Historic center is a 15-minute walk away. City bus and tram station nearby. You will be charmed by our small 30 m² garden where you can relax after a day of visiting our beautiful city. Comfortable family home with ground floor, entrance, toilet, kitchen, dining area and lounge area that opens onto the garden. Expansion work has been carried out in the past years. There are just a few paintings to apply. Upstairs: - A children's room with a single pull-out bed that can become a double bed. This room opens onto a 15 m² terrace, recently built and which communicates with the garden by stairs. - A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed on the mezzanine, accessible by a staircase. Under the mezzanine, an office or relaxation area with floor cushions... It all depends on the mood of our teenager who changes her furniture around frequently :) - The bathroom. On the 2nd floor: - The master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a dressing room to store your belongings. - Toilets. - A shower room. In the basement, lit by a skylight that opens, a bedroom with a 140 x 200 sofa bed, a sink area and a storage closet can be opened for rent (10 euro fee per additional person). Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house and garden. Provision of washing machine, all appliances. Wi-Fi connection possible with the code left in the logbook.
