🏡The apartment is located on the top floor of a two-family house. Climbing stairs is required. 🅿️ Parking on the street in the marked spaces is possible Supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, post office, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. A spacious living room with a sofa, two additional single beds and a fully equipped kitchen-living room awaits you – perfect for cooking, eating and relaxing in the evening. The separate bedroom with two comfortable single beds invites you to relaxing nights. In the modern bathroom you will find a bathtub, a sink with mirror and a toilet – everything you need for a pleasant stay. For additional comfort, a washing machine and dryer are available. The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters – so you can enjoy a cozy living feeling at any time of the year. ✅ Outside, right next to the garage, there is a cozy smoking area with a table and chairs as well as a possibility for garbage disposal.
