In 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the city or to the Légué Port. You'll also have a close access to beaches, hospitals and all shops. The space There are two main rooms and a lovely bright courtyard. 4 persons can stay here (a double bed 140x190cm in the bedroom and a sofa that can be converted in a confortable double bed 160*200cm in the living room). The living room, the bedroom and the bathroom are lighted by a lovely bright private courtyard. In order to ensure you have a happy stay at the Terrasse du Gouët, we provide : In the living room : - A all included kitchen (fridge, owen, microwave, ceramic hob, dish for 4 persons, ketle, toaster...) ; - A dining room for 4 persons ; - A cosy and sunny living room : sofa, table, armchair, television with chromecast and Netflix - All that you need to work : USB, RJ45, W-Fi ; In the bedroom : - a confortable double bed 140x190cm, with its bedsides tables ; - a dressing ; - an armchair ; - towels and bedding are provided. In the bathroom : - a wall-hung toilet ; - a basin ; - a beautiful 120x80cm shower ; - a washing machine. In the courtyard: - a garden salon with 4 deckchairs; - an outdoor dining room for 4 people. Guest access You'll have an exclusive and private access to the entire house. Other things to note Our house is a non smoking place, including in the courtyard. The animals are not admitted. Any smell of tobacco or animal and the deposit will be retained. Bring your own toilet paper and food.
