A cosy, quiet and accessible unit beside Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa Laguna. The area that has relaxing ambiance. The space Our space at San Jose Residencias has a well secured and peaceful community, a good place to rest and relax. The unit is suitable for 2 persons but can accommodate up to 6 (5 years old and below free of charge). Furnished with basic needs. Few steps to access the pool and basketball court. The unit is located at the ground floor od the mid-rise building Other things to note - Can accommodate up to 2 to 6 pax (5yrs old and below free of charge). -- - Additional charges in excess of two adult guests apply. - Pot and pans are available but not the basic condiments . after all there are nearby stores within the area. - My husband and I prefer not to have a wi-fi access to maximize and enjoy the time while our guest are having their staycation/weekend getaway.
