Quiet Beachside Oasis 300m to beach

A spacious and private as well as relaxation-focussed open plan two storied house with many different areas/balconies upstairs and downstairs (4 in total) to relax and enjoy the sunshine in summer and winter. There is a Balinese-style hut with hammock and outdoor lounge by the pool as well heated outdoor spa. The house is surrounded by trees and greenery a short 300m walk to the beach. It is also dog-friendly with many dog beaches in the area including at the north of South Golden Beach. The space There are a total of four lounges in various areas with a separate upstairs additional lounge/tv room. Dining table can seat up to 12 people comfortably. Fourth bedroom can be set up either as a king size bed or 2-3 single beds. If 3 single beds house can accommodate 9 in total however a little cramped though manageable if 3 single bed option. $50 per night for additional guest. (NB Listing says 7 beds however there are 3 queen and 2-3 singles which can also be a king, so between 4 - 6 beds). There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower on the front deck of the house. House is air-conditioned throughout with some rooms with ceiling fans. The entire house has fly screens installed. For winter there is a fireplace with a stock of wood and some heaters available. Excellent local cafe Mrs Birdy is a 2 minute walk, restaurant Salty Mangrove and combined grocery/bottle shop/post office a 15 minute walk in New Brighton. Ocean Shores Shopping Centre is 5 minutes drive and has Coles, KHub, Sunday Sustainable Bakery, Compounding Chemist, Tavern, excellent Indian and various medical practitioners.
