In my two-bedroom apartment I rent a room with a kitchen bathroom with a bathroom. Guests have access to the space. The room is sunny spacious. The sofa is large and comfortable. According to the interior, the apartment is simple, but I live here myself, everything is adapted for living. 5 minutes walk to the 300th anniversary park from the embankment along the Gulf of Finland, 5 aftermarkets, Peterland shopping center with a water park, Atlantic City shopping center, Mercury shopping center. Zenit Arena is a 10-minute walk. There are pubs, cafes. The city center is 40 minutes away. The most beautiful area of St. Petersburg. The space It's the apartment I'm living in. It has two rooms. One will be closed. And the second large room and the rest of the apartment are fully available for guests. 8th floor. Beautiful view from the window to the Finnish bay, port and Zenit Arena. Guest access Room,hallway,bathtub,toilet,kitchen. Other things to note Neighbors with children live on the floor, so it makes no sense to count on noisy events. Apartment is simple butyet cosy. With a beautiful park, water park. 30 minutes to the suburbs. 40 minutes to the city center.
