Fantastic accommodation thought out in detail, located between beach and mountain, overlooking the protected landscape of Sueve and with the beach 5 minutes away by car. The house is a recent construction with underfloor heating that, together with a high level of insulation, ensures a high degree of thermal comfort, avoiding the most common feeling of humidity in traditional homes in Asturias. The space The house is offered in two configurations, for two people or for more than two (up to a maximum of four) as detailed below. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and overlooks the spectacular protected landscape of the Sierra del Sueve. It is on the ground floor of a newly built single-family home and is independent of the rest of the house, with its own access door once you access the property. It has two nice and bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one en suite), a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, connected to the living room, very well equipped (washing machine, oven-microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, juice squeezer…). One of the bedrooms, a bathroom, and the kitchen are 5 steps lower than the rest of the apartment, which is accessible from the street with a single step at the entrance door. The two possible configurations offered are for two people or for more than two (up to a maximum of four). For two people, at the published base price, the apartment will have a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom, plus the kitchen and living room. The living room is at street level and the rest of the rooms are five steps lower. For three or four people, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms will be available, with the corresponding additional price per person. In the case of an occupancy of two people who want separate rooms, the two rooms and two bathrooms could be made available by booking for three people (where the additional cost of one person is added to the base price). Also, even if there are two or three people but you want to have all the beds, that is, the double bed in the master bedroom plus the two single beds in the second bedroom, the price will be as if there were four guests. The maximum capacity is four people. The living room sofa is not a sofa bed and sleeping in the living room is not permitted. Guest access The house has a careful design, offering clean and serene spaces with a high construction quality, including very good thermal insulation and underfloor heating, which make it extremely comfortable. This home uses 100% renewable energy. The south side of the garden is accessed from the side of the house, exclusively for guests to enjoy. Free street parking is available. Other things to note Although smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is allowed in the garden. Children from two months of age will count as adults for occupancy calculations. A crib and high chair are available upon request. The crib will have a fitted sheet.
