Fabulous accommodation close to sea and mountain

This fantastic accommodation is located between mountain and the sea with great views to the Nature Reserve of el Sueve, has been carefully designed to the last detail. It is a 20 minutes walk to La Espasa beach. The house is built up to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and a high degree of insulation it offers an extremely comfortable space avoiding any humidity sensation which is quite common in traditional Asturian houses. The space Located in between mountain and sea, this accommodation is ideal for people who appreciate detail designed spaces, quietness, spectacular views and amazing walks. It is located at ground level and it is independent of the rest of the house with its own private entrance. It has got two bright and cosy double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of them ensuite, the living/dining room with the fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, Nespresso and all different kind of coffee appliances). The main bedroom with its bathroom and the kitchenette are 5 steps below the rest of the apartment which is accesible with one step at the entrance. The accommodation is offered with two possible configurations, one for 2 people and the other for more than 2 up to 4 people maximum. In case of 2 persons, at the base published price, the main bedroom ( double bed), its adjacent bathroom, the kitchen and the living room will be available. In this configuration, the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen will be located 5 steps bellow. In the case of more than 2 people the second bedroom and the ensuite bathroom will be added, with the added price per additional person. In the case of 2 people wanting separate bedrooms, the reservation should be done for 3 persons. And also if there is 3 persons but they want to use all the beds( the double and the 2 singles), the reservation should be done for 4 persons. The accommodation maximum capacity is four people, 2 in each room. The sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed. It is not allowed to sleep in the living room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be arranged as a double. Guest access It is a newly built house designed to detail and offers clean and generous spaces. It uses 100% renewable energy. With underfloor heating and a high degree of insulation comfort is assured and guarantees a fantastic stay. By the side of the house there is access to the south part of the land to be enjoyed solely by the guests. There is free street parking just outside the property. Other things to note Although smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, it is possible to smoke in the garden. Children from 2 months old will count as adults for occupancy calculation. The service of cot with fitted sheet and high chair is available upon request.
