Holiday home 'Breza'

House Breza is a family-owned tourist rental house. The house has 3 separate rooms of which each has its own bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and basement are shared by everyone in the house. Our guests will also enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the village from two balconies and one big terrace. Among the things that make us stand out from other houses in Kuterevo are a big outdoor pool, an outdoor BBQ, an outdoor yakuzi and an indoor steam sauna. The space House Breza is located very close to the center of Kuterevo. Kuterevo is a very small and rural village comprising of just over 600 people. Kuterevo is located in a very mountainous region in Croatia so our guests can also expect to be able to go on calming and beautiful walks through nature. If the wilderness is not your thing, Kuterevo is also home to Croatia's only bear sanctuary ran partially by volunteers that come to Kuterevo all year round from all over the world. And if you get bored of mountains, Kuterevo is only an hour away from Senj, a beautiful coastal town with many charming small beaches. The house is in a slightly elevated position, which will give you the opportunity to see an amazing view of the mountains.
