Beautiful garden flat off Brighton seafront

A cosy and peaceful garden flat just off Kemptown beach. The new kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook. Modern bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi. The space This is my home and I live here the majority of the year, so the flat is very homely with lots of artwork and houseplants, a rocking chair and stylish bay window blinds with a table that makes for a great work-from-home space. I recently renovated the whole flat myself, so the place is very fresh but with a cosy feel. Outside is a small private space which the bedroom opens out to with plants and seating area. The bedroom has a clothes rail and wardrobe you can use, plus extra storage in the hallway cupboards for longer stays. I can supply parking permits if requested for £10 a day. Note that the flat is accessed down some steps which might not suit people with mobility issues. Guest access You'll have the entire flat and garden to yourself, including the private entrance
