The Refuge: Villa Casa del Sol, Sauna, Jacuzzi

Villa "Casa del Sol" is located on the cliffs of La Matanza approx 250 m above the sea. The large palm garden with its heated pool, outdoor shower, sun beds and several terraces contribute to the unique flair. Thanks to its idyllic southwest location, you can observe breathtaking sunsets from the property. The view across the north coast of the island and the lights at night is particularly stunning. An outdoor sauna made of cedar wood integrated into the garden is another highlight. The window front opens generously into the garden and offers the viewer a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. The Jacuzzi for 2 people is located in a covered area right next to the sauna, from where you can also enjoy the view of the Atlantic. The mansion offers three bed rooms and two bathrooms as well as a spacious living/dining area with an open fire-place. The kitchen, another highlight of the house, is built of wood and fully furnished including a dish washer, four ceramic hobs, a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine, a dryer as well as an ironing set are available for your convenience in the storage room. The two main bed rooms are furnished with king-sized Swiss Flex beds (180x200cm), while the children’s room adjacent to one of the main bed rooms, contains a bunk bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has got a bath-tub with an (integrated shower). In the garden, the wine bodega with a barbeque area and outdoor oven provides room for eight people. A small, rustically styled, bathroom with a bathtub and toilet facility is located next to the bodega. The mansion is fully equipped with bed linen, tea towels, towels, hair dryer, bathropes etc. A hi-fi system, German Sat-TV as well as several DSL internet connections are also available in house.
