Easy access to GA 400 and North Point Mall as well as the Avalon for shopping and dining. The popular Ameris Amphitheater for concerts is about a 1.5 miles away. Downtown Alpharetta is less than 10 minutes away. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, coffee and select restaurants. The space Private walk out basement with a separate keyless entrance. There is a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, a sink, microwave and 2 types of coffee makers. You are welcome to use the pool table and the treadmill during your stay to help you unwind. There is a small sitting area on the patio as well as a fire pit where you can enjoy a cold beverage and relax. The grill is also available for your use with charcoal provided. The living space is roomy and has plenty of room for an air mattress upon request. Guest access You will be staying in a walk out quiet, clean and private finished basement. The entire basement is yours, there are no shared spaces. You are also welcome to use the fenced yard and relax outdoors. Other things to note I do charge a pet fee. It is only $25 per stay.
