Charming town house with garden, city-centre

Our house is in the heart of Ehrenfeld, one of the most trendy parts of Cologne! You will love it for its central location near all the clubs, restaurants and shops, but also because of our lovely private garden in the middle of it. But hey, it does get loud in the summer. Our house is a genuine family home where we live with our 2 kids normally. Be prepared to meet our cool cat Nigel who is friendly but needs to be fed :-) Adrian lives in his independent roof studio with bath/balcony The space Our house is super cozy and very well-equipped. Guests feel at home and welcome because of the friendly and generous atmosphere. Every cuisine of the world is nearby, but you can also enjoy a lazy Netflix evening on the couch or a glass of wine in the garden. Ideal for the entire family. Even with darts and table tennis now :) If there are more than 4 guests there is an extra mattress and bedding at extra cost. Our house is absolutely not available for any parties or events whatsoever! The garden needs to be absolutely quiet after midnight so that our neighbours are not disturbed. This is our genuine family home and not just any Airbnb place. We did the place up ourselves and have added a lot of detail and personal touches. Therefore we expect guests to treat our home with care and respect. Guest access Guests use all of the ground floor inclusive garden and terrace as well as the entire first floor. Only in the kitchen you might bump into Alex from Mexico who has his own independent roof studio with his own bath and balcony.. Our house is a genuine family home and does not take away living space from the people in Cologne. We love and encourage contact and exchange, everyone should feel welcome and respected. Other things to note Ehrenfeld is very lively and hip - but not quiet either! In the evening, you can open the windows and hear the guests of the (cool) cocktail bar two doors down smoking outside. Please be aware that an additional Cologne City Culture Tax of 5% of the total rental cost applies. This tax is settled directly with us, allowing us to pay the city on a quarterly basis.
