Apartment is close to Ski lifts (ski-in, ski-out), small, fairly priced family restaurant downstairs and ski rental shop right in front of the building. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, convenience and helpful management of the unit (they will help you with anything starting from arranging a cheap taxi to tips about best deals in Gudauri. Place is fit for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You will be greeted by the unit manager upon arrival. The space It is a small, but rather clean and cozy studio apartment that is perfectly suited for party of 2, but will be comfortable enough for 4 adults (or party with children). Building is ski-in-out property and is located ~300 meters from the bottom chair lift (the one next to hotel Marco Polo). It is located on the 3rd floor of 8 floor apartment building and offers a splendid sunset views from the balcony after the day of skiing, snowboarding or hiking. There is great and fairly priced family restaurant on the first floor at the end of the building as well as ski shop right across pedestrian walk. Building manager is always on the call and will help you out with anything starting from reasonably priced transfers to and from Tbilisi airport to arranging local taxis and tipping you off on where to have cheap, but hearty meal. If you stay at my place for more then 1 week, you will be provided with a fresh set of bed linens and towels. There is a possibility to have your laundry washed and dried. Please ask unit manager Maiko, she will arrange it for symbolic fee. Guest access There is also a ski locker available for you downstairs, don't forget to ask for a key from Maiko upon check in, if the key is not on the key-ring with apartment key. Other things to note If you come by car, after you drop your suitcases in front of the building, you can park your car free of charge behind it on the spacious parking lot.
